Privacy policy

The Intelsoft LTD website has no registration, no account and no advertising trackers. Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics — without cookies and without identifying the visitor: only anonymous data on which pages were opened and from which country and device. The only place where you hand us data is the request-for-quote form: you fill it in yourself and decide what to put there. Below is what happens to that data.
What the hosting records
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, the hosting keeps technical logs: IP address, time of request, the page requested, browser and operating system. These records exist so the site stays up and protected from attacks. We do not use them to profile visitors and we do not pass them to anyone else.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set technical cookies for bot protection — they do not identify a person and are not used for advertising or tracking.
The request-for-quote form
In the form you give your company, name and email address, optionally country and phone, a description of the job, and you may attach drawings as PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP or IGES. Only company, name and email are required — the rest is up to you.
Where it goes. The request arrives at the Intelsoft company mailbox and in our team's working Telegram chat, and the drawings are stored in a private folder on the company's Google Drive. None of it is public: not the folders, not the chat, not the mailbox. Processing takes place on Google servers (Google LLC, USA), which means data leaves Ukraine.
Why. To quote the job, reply to you and produce the order. This data is never used for newsletters, advertising or profiling, and is not passed to anyone else — except where the law directly requires it.
How long we keep it. Drawings and correspondence stay while we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can return to an order at your request. Accounting and tax documents are kept for as long as Ukrainian law requires. You can ask us to delete drawings earlier — we will.
The page language and address are sent with the request: technical data showing which version of the site the enquiry came from. The form sets no counters, cookies or identifiers.
When you call or write
If you call +380 44 332 09 65 or write to [email protected], we receive what you send us yourself: your name, contact details, the content of your enquiry, drawings and any other attachments.
We use this only to reply to your enquiry, quote the work and fulfil the order. We do not pass it to third parties, except where the law directly requires it.
Correspondence is kept while we work together; accounting and tax records are kept for as long as Ukrainian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it. An email to [email protected] is enough — we reply within 30 days.
Third-party services
There are no counters, advertising pixels, chat widgets or embedded maps on this site. The only external service is Google: the quote form goes through it and the drawings are stored there. The pages themselves load nothing from third parties. If any other service is ever added, we will update this page before it goes live.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the text and the date at the top of the page. Earlier versions are not hidden — the edit history lives in the site repository.
